I didn't understand why the cleaning ladies would take our bathroom mat and give it back to us the next day, not the same day. It seemed to be some leaking at the bathroom so this is why we needed it.

The „window” was to a crampy interior skylight where many AC units were located and that looked like a real fire hazard. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors and the noisy water pipes
